Product description
This arming cap is based on a 15th century original that is now part of the collection in the Hofjagd und rüstkammer in Vienna. The arming cap protects the entire head and has leather reinforcements at the ears. The top is closed with a leather lace, so it can be adjusted to size. This arming cap is made of rough woven linen and cotton mix with a wool felt padding. This arming cap can be worn under the bascinet, great helmet, bucket helmet, armet and under some types of sallets.
